stability and profitability.

Natural Gas: Columbia Gas services the park via a 10”
main.
Sewer:
Sewer: A private wastewater treatment system currently services the
park. Public sewer (Port Clinton) will be available in 2007.
Water:
Water: The Lake Erie Business Park has 2 fresh water intakes from Lake
Erie that can process approximately 1.5 million gallons per day. On-site
storage includes a 100,000 gallon tower and two underground storage tanks
capable of holding 1.2 million gallons. The public water line (Ottawa
County) runs in front of the park.
Electricity:
Electricity: FirstEnergy is the park’s electrical service provider.
The Davis Besse nuclear power station is 5 miles to the northwest.
