These buildings and land parcels are available for sale or for lease at the Lake Erie Business Park. With the exception of Building 460, sale and lease prices are negotiable on a sliding scale, in which the price per square foot will decrease as the number of square feet leased or purchased is increased. Manufacturing and warehousing space is available in Building 460 at a $1.75/sf triple net lease plus a $0.15/sf common area maintenance fee.
